Additional services include telephone systems, surveillance solutions, fire protection, data center build outs, door access, wireless LAN/WAN, outside plant and electrical services within your buildings and between your buildings. AMCS prides itself on being able to provide our customers with local and national services throughout the United States.

AMCS has built our company with a focus on customer service and the ability to provide experienced and talented technical staff to service our customers. AMCS has a full time Registered Certified Distribution Designer (RCDD) on staff, who assists our customers with design and technical support issues during the planning and installation stages of any project.

The support that AMCS provides ranges from experienced Connecticut State licensed low voltage technicians for data, voice and video to Connecticut State licensed electricians. This allows you to pay for only the expertise you need when you select AM Communication Services as your vendor.

Our service-oriented and quality controlled installation practices have prompted many major manufacturers to certify AMCS for design, installation and maintenance of their products. The training and education that our technicians receive allows AMCS to offer our customers extended warranties on the products we install.

Note: All manufacturers structure their warranties differently. We provide service and installation on almost any cabling manufacturer product, in addition to those listed here.

Although our main focus is on the quality service we can provide for our customers, our ability to provide you with a broad range of products at extremely competitive pricing is almost unmatched in the industry. This is due to the relationships that AM Communication Services has fostered over the years and now enjoys with many major manufacturers and distributors.

AM Communication Services has made it a point to maintain an "only the best" policy. There are many manufacturers of connectivity equipment and the quality of similar products varies drastically.

The cost of owning and installing a structured cabling system is typically appreciated after the original purchase; it has been our observation that it is always a better investment to purchase a high quality product. For this reason, we've affiliated ourselves with the most reputable manufacturers.

We do realize, however, that some of our customers are under some financial constraints that make it difficult for them to absorb the higher upfront cost associated with equipment of the highest quality. As a result, AMCS has developed relationships with a number of financial institutions to make flexible financing and leasing options available to our customers. Other customers simply prefer a certain manufacturer so we have established access, through our distributors, to a wide range of products that are also of good quality.

Over our history, AM Communication Services has developed partnerships with a wide range of Manufacturers, Service Providers and Communications Carriers to bring a competitively priced, total communication and technology solution to our customers.
