AM Communication Services (AMCS) maintains and provides services for all major electrical manufacturers equipment. Our electricians are licensed by the State of Connecticut, with more than 100 years of collective experience installing and servicing corporate, commercial manufacturing, education and government systems. AMCS will commonly complete site surveys and customer visits to determine the scope of work and how we can best complete a project with minimum inconvenience or loss of productivity, with minimal disruption to our customers.
AMCS schedules our electricians and responds to all customer requests for service by determining the urgency and business critical nature of the service request. Based on the urgency of the service request an AMCS electrician will be radio-dispatched immediately for business critical service requests.
